- Responsible AI Source Code License (Open RAIL-S): This license should be referenced within each modular block of your source code—ideally in each file, function, method, class, and data structure definition, particularly in methods involving algorithmic processing.
- BigScience Open RAIL-M License: This license is for AI models.
